Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Comptoir Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant, leading by example and driving results through effective leadership and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant team in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
