This is a Full Time Permanent position in our Restaurant, where you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
