Job Opportunity
Mitchell Adam is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes, and managing supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and reconcile delivery notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage supplier accounts and ensure all payments are made on time
- Prepare payments runs and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of processing invoices and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage high volumes of work
- Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for different processes
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
