Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including commercial disputes, landlord-tenant matters, construction conflicts, and contested estates.
  • Deliver expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their options and potential outcomes.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and ensure adherence to relevant laws.
  • Negotiate settlements and coordinate with all parties involved in litigation.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and maintain compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in general litigation.
  • Proven experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of the Tenant and Land Act, construction disputes, and contested estates.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a demanding caseload and working effectively under pressure, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
