We are seeking an experienced Night Nurse Manager to join our team at Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham. As a Night Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hospital runs smoothly during the night shift, providing leadership and support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the night shift team and ensure the hospital is staffed appropriately
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and safety
  • Collaborate with ward managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff well-being
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse with 2+ years of post-registration experience
  • Active NMC registration and knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines
  • Experience in a senior nursing role or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
