Night Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Night Nurse Manager to join our team at Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham. As a Night Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital during night shifts, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing team during night shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Monitor patient care and safety, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Qualified Mental Health Nurse with 2+ years of post-registration experience.
- Active NMC registration and knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines.
- Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
