Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Focused -
- Demonstrated experience in delivering various aspects of asset management while managing multiple stakeholder needs.
- Proven capability to oversee several projects/programs that provide delivery value to clients or the organization.
- Experience or a willingness to learn Agile methodologies to manage and sustain delivery strategies for project teams and clients.
- Strong understanding of Whole Life Asset Management principles as per international standards (ISO 55000), familiar with the Institute of Asset Management standards and principles.
- Management of multiple projects/work packages to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients and understanding of Programme/Portfolio management.
- Advisory and delivery skills in asset management, design & build engineering, and operational management that provide innovative solutions for clients.
- Experience in conducting asset management maturity assessments or company audits, delivering high-quality reports and actionable feedback to clients.
- Stay updated on digital innovations, tools, and technology developments within the broader business, aligning these with key client needs to deliver new asset management solutions.
- Understanding of investment management practices and how to apply investment priorities to client objectives to support decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, capable of tailoring strategies and technical requirements to organizational demands.
- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning abilities, with practical examples of identifying solutions and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Excellent written communication skills, able to translate client needs into compelling business cases and solutions.
- We seek candidates with a range of experience in leadership roles within engineering, transportation, and/or utilities sectors, advocating for whole life asset management delivery. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Good knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management standards, ISO 55000, and either completed or pursuing IAM certification.
- Familiarity with applying Asset Management standards.
- Knowledge of asset management systems (e.g., EAM & Digital Twins) within engineering sectors.

Rewards and Benefits:
We provide a competitive salary regularly benchmarked against other consultants, along with a default of 25 days of leave each year plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell leave. Salary and benefits will be aligned with experience and qualifications.
