Brand Marketing Agency - c.50,000 plus bonus / Hybrid

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Media team as the Head of Media and Marketing. This integrated agency is looking for a stalwart of Media Marketing to plan and implement paid media strategies.

As the head of the Media team, you will be responsible for managing a team and leading on all client projects. You will need to have proven management experience leading on paid digital media campaigns for an agency in the UK.

At this level, you will be collaborating with the client services and creative teams to deliver leading edge projects. You will ensure that your clients are ahead of the game and strengthen the agency's offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of media professionals
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across digital, OOH, Press, TV & AV
  • Negotiate media packages across all platforms
  • Oversee budget and costings for client projects
  • Collaborate with client services and creative teams to deliver client projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction and agency growth

The role is based in a hybrid working environment, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week. You will need to be commutable to the office, as you will be the lead in the team.
