About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Dixons, a well-established estate agency in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress them through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
