As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our clients throughout the North West of England.

Your primary focus will be on advising clients on demolition, strip-out, site investigation, and enabling works contracts. You will also be responsible for preparing initial budget estimates, preliminary cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant degree qualification and be MRICS qualified. You should also have experience of CDM, good understanding of Construction Contracts, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Liaise with clients and professional teams to determine initial requirements and develop client briefs
* Advise clients on demolition, strip-out, site investigation, and enabling works contracts
* Prepare initial budget estimates, preliminary cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
* Visit sites and advise clients on factors affecting cost, time, or method of implementation

**Requirements:**

* Relevant degree qualification and MRICS qualified
* Experience of CDM
* Good understanding of Construction Contracts
* Excellent communication skills
