Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated professional to step into the role of Performance Director at Seetec Business Technology Centre.

Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the Operational Performance Optimization strategy within our Employment division. This involves ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across various metrics, including operational efficiency, financial performance, and quality standards. You will leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to detect emerging trends and proactively mitigate potential risks associated with our Employment contracts, collaborating closely with operational leaders, continuous improvement teams, and quality assurance units to drive performance enhancements.

In this position, you will also oversee a team of Performance Optimization Leads, guiding them in identifying and addressing performance improvement needs effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess significant leadership and management experience in a target-oriented environment, along with a strong background in performance improvement methodologies, ideally within the service sector.

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £77,000 p.a. (based on experience) along with an attractive benefits package:

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence operational delivery by considering factors such as participant support quantity and variety, delivery quality, and review mechanisms to achieve high outcomes for both the contract and participants.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of contractual performance, reporting on exceptions across all performance aspects, and develop short, medium, and long-term plans to enhance performance and meet business targets.
  • Foster and promote a high-performance culture in alignment with Seetec Pluss' vision and values.
  • Ensure the availability of performance data to support delivery and review processes at all organizational levels.
Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to take improvement actions based on performance data analysis.
  • Proficient in a range of Microsoft Office applications, including 365 products and modern digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
  • Minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.

Desirable

  • Experience in contract delivery within the services sector, meeting KPIs and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of the employability sector.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive performance enhancements.
  • Recognized management or leadership qualifications (Level 3 and above).
  • Full driving license for deployment across specified geographical areas, as needed.
