About the Role

This is a home-based position with minimal travel requirements, offering a great work-life balance. As a SAP Payroll Consultant, you will provide expert support, configuration, and high-quality documentation to our UK and Ireland customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll, including configuration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all changes adhere to regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Identify potential issues and provide solutions and approaches for resolution.
  • Communicate complex concepts to a varied audience.
  • Commercial awareness of client arrangements and focus on delivering work within constraints.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll, with at least 2 years as a senior consultant.
  • Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge.
  • Ability to act independently in complex situations and guide others.
  • Strong operational and process knowledge of HR and Payroll.
