SAP Payroll Expert

Zalaris, a leading SAP gold partner and one of the top SAP SuccessFactors partners in Europe, is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United Kingdom. As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll solutions to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze customer requirements in key subject areas, including payroll, time, and other HR processes.
- Support senior and junior resources with project challenges and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
- Contribute to cutover strategies and data migration approaches, ensuring solutions meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver solution awareness sessions to key stakeholders and project team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Review and quality-check final project documentation for handover to clients and the Zalaris support team.
- University degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a technical field or HR.
- Experience in the HR field and processes is an advantage.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP HR Payroll solutions for customer projects, with at least 5 years' experience across SAP HCM and payroll, including 2 years as a senior consultant.
- Able to identify solutions gaps and issues, communicate effectively to the project management stream, and work with customer partners and suppliers to ensure delivery of project objectives.
- Awareness of a broad range of project implementation approaches and methodologies.
