Senior Legal Advisor

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to business teams on commercial contracts, employment law, and other relevant matters
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
  • Manage and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the legal and commercial teams to develop and implement commercial models
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure compliance with NES Fircroft's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA)

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, employment law, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
