About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with Pearson and contribute to the development of the next generation of outdoor learning professionals. As an End-Point Assessor, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating the performance of apprentices in the Outdoor Learning Specialist L5 program
- Ensuring that assessments are conducted fairly and consistently
- Providing feedback to apprentices and employers
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the end-point assessment process
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in outdoor learning and assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice
- Ability to assess and report risks
