Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via prompt and exceptional service.
  • Use Google Sheets for data management and analysis, supporting key business operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc e-commerce and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of e-commerce experience, particularly with Shopify and Amazon platforms.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Comfortable with learning new software and taking on new challenges.

We have a friendly dog in our studio, so comfort around pets is important.
