Work closely with project managers and engineers to determine procurement needs specific to each project, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and equipment for job sites.


  • Assess supplier capabilities, dependability, and performance to uphold a network of reliable partners.
  • Oversee inventory levels to align with project requirements while minimizing surplus inventory and associated costs.
  • Monitor and report on inventory metrics, including turnover rates, stock levels, and procurement lead times.
  • Formulate and execute cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or project schedules.
  • Keep precise records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Engage in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Experience in a procurement capacity within the construction sector, particularly in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) field.

  • Proficiency in sourcing materials related to M&E installations.
