Precision CNC Technician

Company Overview:
Moyola Precision Engineering is seeking to enhance its operational capabilities by recruiting a skilled CNC Machinist. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manufacture high-quality component parts in accordance with specifications.
2. Conduct maintenance and repair on machinery, fixtures, and equipment as necessary.
3. Exemplify the company's standards and values in all work.
4. Collaborate with the line manager to ensure the production of accurate, defect-free work.
5. Continuously develop skills and competencies to operate various facilities required for component production.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards in all tasks.
7. Participate in rotational shifts, overtime, and flexible working hours as needed.
8. Adhere to all company policies, practices, and regulations.
9. Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
11. Collaborate creatively with team members to meet both customer and company objectives.
12. Maintain machinery and equipment to the company's standards.
13. Travel to customer locations as required to fulfill customer needs.
14. Pursue personal and professional development as required by the company.
Training:
No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation:
