Job Title: CNC Machinist

Company Overview:
Moyola Precision Engineering is seeking to enhance its operational capabilities by recruiting a skilled CNC Machinist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the production of high-quality component parts that meet stringent specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manufacture top-tier component parts according to specified standards.
2. Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, fixtures, and equipment as necessary.
3. Exemplify the company's standards and values in all work activities.
4. Collaborate with your line manager to produce precise, quality work with zero defects.
5. Continuously develop skill competencies and operate necessary facilities for component production.
6. Ensure all tasks comply with ISO/AS9100 requirements.
7. Work rotational shifts, including overtime and flexible hours as needed.
8. Adhere to all company policies, practices, and regulations.
9. Actively engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including OEE and TPM.
11. Work collaboratively with colleagues to fulfill customer and company needs.
12. Maintain machinery and equipment to meet company standards.
13. Travel to customer locations when necessary to address specific requirements.
14. Pursue personal and professional development as directed by the company.

Training:
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation:
Please refer to the attached hourly rate, excluding any shift bonuses.
