Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink experiences
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs, including food, labor, and overheads, to achieve budget targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, staff, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior restaurant management role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • High-level written and verbal English skills, with strong IT literacy
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
