Restaurant Operations Manager

Parsonage Grill, a renowned dining establishment, is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Operations Manager to join its team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring and motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain food quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Passion for hospitality, excited by food, wine, and restaurant culture, with high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
- The following attributes: the ability to inspire and motivate people, experience of dining in similar restaurants, a keen willingness to learn, a high-level written English, and strong IT literacy.
- Previous management experience is beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided.
- This Restaurant Manager role is comparable with a Duty Restaurant Manager position.
We offer a flexible shift pattern, working 5 days out of 7 per week, on a Monday-Sunday rota. You will be offered an OTE up to £37,400 per annum including non-contractual tronc (service charge).
