Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the re-letting of void properties, including sourcing housing applicants and coordinating lettings with local housing teams.
- Ensure that all lettings are fully compliant with agreed processes and that systems are updated in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help with void property management and to minimize re-let times.
- Work with customers to identify any possible risks or support required and liaise with relevant teams accordingly.
- Ensure that all void and other property records are kept accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the social housing sector.
- Performance driven.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
