This role is offered on a full-time basis.
Annual Compensation: £27,289

We seek a confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic service-oriented environment. A proactive problem solver and collaborative team member, you will foster a welcoming atmosphere that ensures guests feel at ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting the nightly audit and reconciling daily accounts
  • Preparing the establishment for the upcoming day
  • Assisting guests and crafting memorable experiences
  • Managing room inventory and facilitating guest check-ins/outs
  • Operating Food & Beverage services in alignment with our standards
  • Accurately handling all billing and payment processes
  • Preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and organizing back-of-house areas
  • Adhering to all food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
  • Supporting fellow team members and following guidance from leadership
  • Promoting and endorsing the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
We are looking for individuals who embody the Moxy spirit, which includes:
  • High energy and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for engaging with guests
  • Adept at multitasking while delivering exceptional service
  • Understanding that being laid-back does not equate to being unproductive
  • Clear communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera and/or Micros
  • Understanding of Food Safety & Licensing regulations
  • Personal experience in travel and the travel industry
