Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our offices in North and West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
