About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, including tendering and procurement
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
