Job Title: Estate Agency Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead the Lettings team at a reputable company in the Winchester area.

The primary focus of this role will be to drive and deliver an improved Lettings service in Winchester and surrounding areas by cultivating existing relationships and forging new connections with clients. The ideal candidate must be able to generate and win new business, enhance market share and returns, and collaborate with the Head of Residential Sales to achieve common company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and grow quality business while providing exceptional advice to new and existing clients.
  • Support the excellent reputation of the company by delivering a consistently high level of service to clients.
  • Oversee and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication to ensure compliance through a property software package.
  • Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Oversee renewals, extensions, and periodic tenancies.
  • Ensure the vetting of prospective tenants is thorough and compliant.
  • Adhere to Money Laundering and operational processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and implement it across the team.
  • Maintain a professional office environment.
  • Work within a budget to drive business growth and increase income and profitability.
  • Lead the team to maintain a mutually supportive and team-oriented environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate a high level of experience in the field and a proven track record of leading successful teams and growing market share. ARLA qualifications are strongly preferred.

Package:

The basic salary package, inclusive of car allowance, is £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience, with an OTE of £50K. The Monday to Friday working week includes 1 in 4 Saturdays.
