Job Title: Project Manager - Fitout Specialist

VANRATH is recruiting a Project Manager to work on fit out projects for a leading contractor based in Armagh, Northern Ireland.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our fit out projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, site managers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from start to completion, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and of exceptional quality.
  • Develop and implement schedules of works, organize and coordinate all project requirements, and ensure compliance with all necessary health and safety requirements.
  • Identify and manage subcontractors, provide regular progress updates and reports to management, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, site managers, and manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified or other relevant qualifications in construction project management.
  • Experience working on fit out projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and of excellent quality.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, site managers, and subcontractors.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Outlook and other project management software.
