Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

Park Elliott is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in a permanent capacity. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the designated timeframe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site coordination and operations, ensuring key project milestones are met, and maintaining overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume overall responsibility for budgets, schedules, quality, and health and safety on projects.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects as required.
  • Provide excellent communication with clients and key project stakeholders.
  • Evaluate tender submissions, prepare valuations, and provide detailed reports.
  • Ensure sufficient resources on projects, keeping in line with budget.
Requirements:
  • Essential third-level qualification in Electrical Building Services/Electrical Engineering.
  • Advantageous background in the electrical trade.
  • Beneficial experience in the delivery of large-scale commercial projects.
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Vital ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
