About This Role

This is a key position within the Hertz Corporation, responsible for executing the business plan by ensuring the right car is available in the right place at the right time. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the car park and ready line to ensure effective customer service flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of mechanical faults on company vehicles.
  • Update MARS to ensure all vehicles are in the correct status.
  • Work with the fleet manager and multi-location manager to ensure the correct fleet is ready for customers.
  • Manage all body shop requests and on-site maintenance.
  • Process all off-site dealership bookings.
  • Contribute to department performance by meeting key metrics such as non-revenue management.
Requirements
  • Level of experience in fleet coordination preferred.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Ability to influence and drive process and organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
  • Courageous leadership and accountability.
