Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5 Project Workers and 1 Senior Worker, ensuring effective management, training, and development opportunities.
- Direct daily operations to guarantee that service users receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Develop and maintain individualized support plans for each resident, including regular assessments of risks and needs.
- Ensure compliance with service specifications and responsiveness to local authority priorities.
- Manage the referral process, ensuring that all incoming referrals meet established criteria.
- Facilitate residents' transition to appropriate housing solutions, including supported housing and social housing.
- Oversee organizational and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with treatment services to ensure clients have access to necessary health and support services.
- Maintain high standards of property management, ensuring efficiency and value for money.
- Promote social inclusion and recovery through various initiatives, including education, training, and health improvement programs.
- Contribute to the annual service budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with women and knowledge of issues related to violence against women and girls (VAWG).
- Expertise in creating a supportive environment for vulnerable adults with complex needs.
- Ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate services effectively.
- Understanding of tenancy management across different housing types.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
- A fully enhanced DBS check, either registered on the update service or issued recently, or willingness to apply for one.
