We are seeking an accomplished audit professional with a strategic vision and a passion for delivering excellence to lead our audit team and play a crucial role in the firm's ongoing expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Collaborate with senior leadership to manage an extensive portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the highest standards of audit service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Drive the firm's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of departmental budgets, forecasting, and strategic target setting to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the firm's goals.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop audit professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional growth within the team.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of audit engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Client Engagement: Identify and implement value-added services that address evolving client needs, strengthening long-term client partnerships.
