We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Projects Director to join our team at Kent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of multiple large Concept/ Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design projects, with individual project values ranging from $1m to $20m and framework agreements up to $100m+
- Provide leadership in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) across projects
- Support project and corporate quality audits as necessary
- Allocate and provide project management and engineering management resources to projects
- Regularly monitor project performance in terms of HSSE, Quality, Progress, Budget, Project Risk, and Customer satisfaction
- Develop and recruit project personnel
- Participate in direct strategic projects with key clients
- Degree in Engineering
- Significant related project management experience in the Oil and Gas/Energy Industry
- Hands-on experience of managing large FEED, Detailed Design, and EPC projects
- Experience of managing project portfolios/framework agreements
- Excellent communication skills at Director Level, Project Level, and with Senior Clients
- Thorough knowledge of Safety and Quality procedures
- Excellent knowledge of planning and project controls
