Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage technical data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a bodyshop or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and improving productivity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
