About the Role:

At HRM Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to service users, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for service users, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medication to service users, as directed by their healthcare providers.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Be a friendly, kind, and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to care for others.
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be reliable and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
