Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Trial Assistant to join our remote UK team. This role is essential in supporting our Project Management, Finance and Reporting, Quality Teams, and Scout Clinical Management. The position is entirely remote, with no travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee essential study activities for assigned Project Managers throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Maintain the study calendar, including onboarding and training sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of study documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with external stakeholders, including client operations representatives, to ensure timely and accurate finalization of necessary documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Accounting, Quality Management, and Patient Liaison, as required.
  • Manage group client-facing email accounts.
  • Process invoices for translation services and other related tasks.
  • Distribute customer surveys and compile the resulting data.
  • Facilitate the creation, configuration, and user credential management for the Scout Clinical portal.
  • Handle virtual card payments and manage single-load payment card requests and distribution.
  • Provide minor technical support for users of the Scout portal.
  • Assist the leadership team with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A BS or BA degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical research is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with foreign currency and the ability to convert to USD is beneficial.
