Job Summary:
Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team in a Residential Estate Agency. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, working with the sales team to resolve issues, and maintaining relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline from sale agreed to completion
- Work with the sales team to resolve potential issues
- Be a point of contact for vendors and purchasers
- Oversee and maintain relationships with solicitors and surveyors
- Produce accurate completions projections for directors
Requirements:
- Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous residential sales progression experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Competent typing skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
