**The Role of Store Supervisor**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team at our Meadowhall store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the Store Manager and Management teams to achieve store results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Management teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Provide coaching and training to Sales Consultants to improve their sales skills and customer service
**Requirements**
- Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
