About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Plan and undertake assignments, striving to deliver service excellence and meet client expectations.
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating team members.
- Own responsibility for KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries and concerns.
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Set an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.
