Senior Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client to find a highly skilled Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their Private Client department.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have substantial PQE and a comprehensive knowledge of all Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters. They will work alongside the Head of Department and Operations Manager on a wide variety of tasks, including:

  1. Advising and supporting clients on estate planning matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection, Estate and Trust administration
  2. Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust deeds, and documents
  3. Dealing with high net worth clients, trusts, and estates
  4. Preparing and filing tax returns, including annual trust tax returns
Requirements

The successful candidate will be motivated, driven, and client-focused, with excellent communication and client care skills. They will also have strong drafting and presentation skills, clear verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary, 25 holidays plus Bank holidays, and an additional 3 days after 5 years' service. They also provide Scottish Widows' Pension, standard contribution initially and after 3 years employer contribution 6%, on-site parking, Westfield Healthcare, and a discount on legal fees up to £750.

The working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work from home and a possibility of hybrid working - minimum 3 days in office.
