Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Modus Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in planning and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and minimizes downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with external contractors to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in maintenance software, Windows, and Excel
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ, BTEC, NNC, or equivalent)
