We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all Oracle-related initiatives, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications that drive business value.
  • Deliver hands-on support in the configuration, testing, and training of Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules, ensuring user adoption and engagement.
  • Assist in project portfolio management to drive successful implementation and adoption of new features, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices related to Oracle applications, enhancing our business operations.
  • Support HCM modules, specifically focusing on Time and Labour and Recruiting, as needed, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our HR systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user understanding and engagement with Oracle systems, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance and Procurement, and a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion applications is essential, with a focus on configuration, support, testing, and training.
  • Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management principles and the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment.
  • Familiarity with HCM modules (Time and Labour, Recruiting) is a plus, but not required, as we value adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
