Business Analyst, e-Commerce

Location : Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Kidlington)

Salary : Up to £60,000 + 25% Annual Bonus + Benefits

A global leader in the manufacturing sector, recognized for its expertise in producing essential components across diverse industries, is looking for a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst with a strong digital focus. This role is central to a high-impact, multi-year digital transformation initiative, including the rollout of a new e-commerce platform across 24 sites globally.

Role Overview :

This flexible position (Business Analyst or Senior level, depending on experience) offers an exciting opportunity to focus exclusively on digital initiatives over the next two years, with potential for progression into ERP and CRM areas post-project. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a global scale, managing and optimizing business processes and translating requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Implement a new global e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with product information and content management systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UX/UI, QA, and development teams within an Agile framework.
  • Act as a liaison with stakeholders across multiple regions, managing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Critically analyze and refine business requirements, delivering value-driven solutions that enhance the company’s business operating model.

Skills & Experience :

  • 5-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role (candidates with 4-5 years and strong potential will be considered).
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms , digital systems, and Agile methodologies .
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, including experience with distributed and diverse teams.
  • Ability to understand the entire value chain, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
