Technical Business Analyst - Hybrid (Oxfordshire) - £70k
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and hands-on experience in software testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, pro-active and keen to enhance their technical and business skills set through both hands-on experience and training.

Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders (clients, product owners, and internal teams).
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement studies.
Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project scope and requirements.

Project Management
Plan, execute, and manage multiple fintech projects concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure any issues are promptly addressed.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.
~ Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and software testing in Agile environments.
~ Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
~ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
