Job Title: UX Lead

We're seeking a seasoned UX Lead to join our team at Digitas Health, a global leader in healthcare marketing and communications. As a key member of our UX practice, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our clients' products and services.

About the Role

The UX Lead will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered experiences across multiple touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of user-centered experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients' customers
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity
  • Participate in agile/scrum environments and contribute to iterative design and development processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proven experience leading UX design teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demanding deadlines
