Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Drivers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality service standards across the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 10 Service Drivers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate service delivery to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to drive improvement
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate routing and product allocation for Service Drivers
  • Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment (training provided)
  • Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
