Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional KS1 Class Teacher to join our innovative school and be part of our aspirational teaching team. As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering learning in accordance with the agreed school curriculum based on school strategy and national guidelines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the EYFS/KS1 curriculums and will be able to motivate children to learn. They will be a team player, able to support and learn from team planning in a four-form entry school.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in KS1 classes
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
- Assess and track pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum content
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
