**KS1 Lead Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Lead to join our team at Wayman Education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our KS1 department, working closely with our team of experienced teachers to deliver an engaging and creative curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the KS1 department, developing and implementing curriculum plans

  • Mentor and support the development of other teachers

**Requirements:**

  • QTS and PGCE
  • Strong academic record
  • Passionate about teaching and learning
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
