About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Community Manager to lead our community engagement efforts and drive strategic initiatives that foster a strong and loyal community around our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance the overall player experience.
  • Manage and maintain our online community platforms, including forums, social media, and in-game channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement community-driven content and events.
  • Monitor and analyze community sentiment and feedback to inform product development and community engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and community leaders to promote our games and engage with our community.
  • Develop and manage community campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with our product teams to ensure community feedback is incorporated into game development and updates.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on community engagement metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with community management tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
