Room Attendant Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at The Venues Collection. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning services to our guests.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our facilities. This will involve cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, as well as ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for our guests.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a flexible approach to working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas to a high standard
  • Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
  • Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
  • Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required
  • Emptying and disposing of bin waste
  • Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors
