Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and solve short and mid-term supply/demand mismatches to ensure consistently high service to our customers.
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to ensure rigorous execution of SKU transitions and manage residuals, ageing stock, blocked stock, and business waste on behalf of PMU Planning.
- Collaborate with category supply planning, Market Collaboration Planners, Customer Experience, and Local CD & Marketing Teams to execute the business plan and react to actual supply, actual sales, and latest business intelligence.
- Analyse valuable insights from data and translate them into actions, ensuring strong analytical skills are essential.
- Experience of E2E planning, including demand planning, material requirements planning, production planning, and innovation planning.
- Ability to work at speed and under pressure, with a focus on coordination of risk mitigation with business stakeholders to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high complexity, using continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery.
- Competitive compensation package, paying up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
